Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information Fit For Life collects through Yog Dil Se (“the Service”), how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information We Collect

• Account information: your name, phone number (used for WhatsApp messaging and login), and email address if provided.
• Payment confirmation: when you purchase a membership or session pack, our payment processors (Stripe and Razorpay) handle your card, UPI, or bank details directly — we never see or store this information ourselves. We only receive confirmation that a payment succeeded, along with the amount and plan purchased.
• Activity data: which classes you join, when you join them, your attendance streak, and session-pack credit usage.
• WhatsApp messages: messages we send you (reminders, confirmations) and messages you send us (replies, support requests) through WhatsApp.
• Technical data: IP address and device/browser information when you access a class link, used to detect suspicious concurrent access to a shared class link.

2. How We Use It

We use this information to: provide and operate the Service (sending class links and reminders, tracking your streak); process payments; respond to support requests; detect and prevent misuse (such as shared account access); and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Who We Share It With

We share information only with the service providers that power the Service:

• Meta (WhatsApp Business Platform) — to send and receive messages.
• Stripe and Razorpay — to process payments.
• Supabase — our database provider, which stores account and activity data.
• Vercel — our hosting provider.

Each of these providers processes data under their own privacy and security commitments. We do not share your information with advertisers or data brokers.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account and activity data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal, tax, and dispute-resolution obligations. You may request deletion of your account at any time (see Section 6).

5. Cookies

We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not currently use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

6. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing support@dilse.yoga. We will respond within a reasonable time. Deleting your account will end your access to the Service and any remaining trial, membership, or session-pack credits.

7. International Data Transfers

Our infrastructure providers may process and store data outside your home country (including in the United States). By using the Service, you consent to this transfer.

8. Children’s Privacy

The Service is intended for users 18 and older, or minors registered by a parent or legal guardian as described in our Terms & Conditions. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children without parental involvement.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via WhatsApp or email.
