Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Yog Dil Se (“we,” “us,” the “Service”), operated as part of Fit For Life. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Liability Waiver and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. If you are registering a minor for classes, you represent that you are their parent or legal guardian and that you accept these Terms and the Liability Waiver on the minor’s behalf.

2. The Service

Yog Dil Se provides live, instructor-led yoga sessions delivered over video, with class links and reminders sent via WhatsApp. No mobile app is required. Session schedules, formats, and instructors may change from time to time; we’ll notify you of material changes via WhatsApp or email.

3. Free Trial

New accounts receive a free trial period (currently 90 days) with full access to live sessions and no payment information required. We’ll message you before the trial ends with options to continue on a paid plan. If you take no action, your access simply ends when the trial period expires — you will not be charged automatically.

4. Payments

Memberships and session packs are one-time purchases, not recurring subscriptions. We do not store your card, UPI, or bank details — payments are processed securely by Stripe (international cards) or Razorpay (India), and we only receive confirmation that a payment succeeded. A membership grants unlimited sessions for its stated term; a session pack grants a fixed number of session credits that do not expire. Pricing is listed on our Pricing page and is subject to change for future purchases only — a plan you’ve already bought keeps its original terms.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

Because memberships and packs are one-time purchases with no recurring billing, there is nothing to “cancel” — access simply runs out at the end of its term or when credits are used up. If you change your mind, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you have not attended any session on that plan. To request a refund, email support@dilse.yoga from the email or phone number on your account. Refunds outside this window, or after a session has been attended, are granted at our discretion.

6. Code of Conduct

Class links are personal to your account and should not be shared or resold — we monitor for concurrent access from multiple locations as a safeguard. Please treat instructors and fellow students with respect during live sessions; we reserve the right to suspend access for abusive or disruptive behaviour.

7. Health & Safety

Yoga involves physical activity and carries an inherent risk of injury. Please read our Liability Waiver carefully — by using the Service you agree to its terms, including the assumption of risk and release of liability described there.

8. Intellectual Property

All session content, recordings, and instructional material are the property of Fit For Life / Yog Dil Se and are provided for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not record, redistribute, or publicly share session content without written permission.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, including sharing class access or abusive conduct. You may stop using the Service at any time; this does not entitle you to a refund except as described in Section 5.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fit For Life and its instructors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via WhatsApp or email; continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, regardless of your country of residence.
